Deborah é uma fotógrafa

americana,nascida em

Massachusets em 1938 e criada em New
England.Quando tinha 20 anos se
mudou para NY para trabalhar com a
designer Claire McCardell.
Se interessou bastante por moda
e se tornou editora de moda.
Não muito tempo depois ela percebeu
que seu coração estava na fotografia,
e vem tirando fotos até hoje.
Tuberville divide seu tempo entre
o México e NY e sempre passa uma
temporada em St.Petersburgo,Rússia,
a cidade que mais a inspira.
O trabalho de Deborah continua 
desafiador e excitante.Jovens 
artistas a procuram para pedir 
conselhos,direção e conhecer 
o seu modo de olhar a vida.

My muses are Kafka,Doestoyesvski,

Andree Tarkovsky,the list is endless...

I like my picture best when there is a sense

of tension,an unfinished narrative...

ambiguity...In these times aesthetic taste

is dismissed as irrevelant.Well,i am

perverse,for that very reason i'm more

drawn to it that ever.I have been

described as having style,of being

a mannered photographer...it's some

people's quarrel with my work and

others's fascination"
